Deco Mesh - Easy to use, colorful

Deco Mesh comes in all colors. Striped, solids, patterned, checked and multicolored.

It comes in different widths, also. You can get it 21" long, 10" and 6" long and is very easy to mold onto your wreath form.

Different widths make different wreath styles. If you don't know how to make a wreath using deco mesh, you need to purchase all the necessary items and play around with it.

It isn't hard to do once you get the hang of it. It is time consuming to get all the mesh cut to length, the ribbon cut to length and the wreath form fitted with the chenille stems.

Deciding on the color and the ribbon and the accessories is the hardest part of making one.

Some people don't have the time to put into making one or the talent to make one. That's OK. Not everyone has the desire to even try and that's OK, too.

You will never know if you don't try.

Which size deco mesh do I need to make a wreath?

OK, so , a 21" long width roll of deco mesh makes the pouf style wreath. It is one continuous length of mesh tied to your wreath form from a starting point to ending at the same starting point.

It poofs out like a balloon all the way around the form. You can make the poufs as big or small as you want. A little bit goes a long way. You can get several wreaths out of one roll if you don't go overboard with the pouf size.

It also depends on the size of the wreath form. A bigger form will use more deco mesh than a smaller one.

I like to use the 14" form as it makes a perfect size wreath for most doors.

Using the 10" width deco mesh for the pouf style takes a lot of mesh to cover the wreath form. It is half the width of the 21", but, it makes a nice wreath, also.

I like to use the 10" cut into strips about 12" wide, alternating colors, and cover the wreath form to create a fanned style.

You can also make the curly mesh style by rolling the strips into cylinders and connecting them together. It makes a nice wreath.

Your accessories will make the wreath look full and it takes on character. Adding coordinating ribbon strips all the way around.

Once you get all the materials applied, you have a beautiful deco mesh wreath worthy of any door anywhere.
